Dirk Jens Falk began his career as an employee. Alongside his main job, he worked part-time at a fast-food restaurant to make ends meet. At that time, freedom, entrepreneurship, and long-term perspective felt far away.
The turning point came through audiobooks.
While working as a field sales representative, Dirk used every free minute — especially while driving — for intensive self-study. He listened to audiobooks from some of the world’s most successful trainers, coaches, and entrepreneurs in the fields of Entrepreneurship and Personal Development.
What began as curiosity became a focused, long-term learning journey.
